       2011 brings some exciting new things to Acorn Acres!  Here they are, in no special order!

         NEW INTERIM DIRECTOR for the CHILDCARE AREA!

Rebecca DeWater has joined our staff, and we invite you to come meet her.  She will be in charge of the Nursery, Weebles, and Toddler classes.

NEW CURRICULUM!

SUNDAY MORNINGS both hours will be using GOSPEL LIGHT.  This wonderful Curriculum has more than enough material to cover both hours without repeating ourselves! 

SUNDAY NIGHTS during Prayer Service will feature lessons from “Leading Little Ones to God” for our 4’s, 5’s and Kindergarten kids!  It’s amazing!

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS - IT’S GONNA BE FUN FUN FUN as Acorn Acres starts our own Pioneer Club with Skippers and Scoot ers!  The children will be in their same Sunday Morning classrooms.  It’s NEW and EXCITING!

NEW CHECK IN SYSTEM!

Don’t panic, it will be easy!  We have designed a new system where you will receive number tags instead of bracelets.  HOPEFULLY it will help all of us, workers and parents, to be more accountable to the safety of our children.

THERE MAY BE MORE...but it can wait!
