Position available for an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative.

We are looking for a dependable, responsible, self-motivated person that wants the opportunity to grow with our agency.


Duties:

Review and handle oncoming requests, responding promptly and appropriately.

Set priorities and manage work-flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities

Prepare applications and complete submissions to insurance carriers

Rate or obtain quotes as required

Bind insurance as requested

Prepare proposals, binders, and other related items and verify accuracy

Provide updated information to insurance carriers and/or remarket renewals

Maintain and update customer management system

Send out invoices for insurance premiums and process premium payments

Orders policy changes as needed or requested by clients


Job Requirements:

Must have insurance license
1 year insurance experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
Working with people with Intellectual and /or Developmental disabilities. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a state Criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.

Staff work in a group home environment with 4 to 5 individuals in each home. Duties will include cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, medication delivery, documentation.

Homes are in Dallas and Salem and shifts available are swing shift and graveyard shift. Swing shift positions require a drivers license and a good driving record.

Starting pay is $9.50/hr. with a 6 months Trial Work Period. After passing Trial Work Period, a raise to $9.75/hr plus full medical/dental/short term/long term disability and life insurance for full time employees paid for by the company for the employee(32 or more hours per week)
